2004.9—2008.6,在华中师范大学学习电子商务和心理学专业,获得管理学和理学学士双学位
2008.9-2011.6,在华东师范大学学习发展与教育心理学,获得教育学硕士学位
2012.1-2015.11,在澳大利亚昆士兰大学从事家庭干预的学习和研究,获得哲学博士学位
2016年8月-2017年6月,在福建师范大学教育学院心理系工作
2017年7月至今,在威廉希尔官网工作

教学工作:
目前主要承担本科生《心理咨询与治疗》、研究生《认知行为疗法》与《家庭心理治疗》等课程的教学工作。
教学成果:
指导的两名专业硕士研究生获得国外知名大学(荷兰乌特勒支大学和比利时荷语布鲁塞尔自由大学)的博士录取通知书,并获得国家留学基金委的奖学金资助。
